based finance for clients.
Clarian’s areas of expertise in recruitment include Sales, Risk Management, Invoice
Discounting, Factoring, Cashflow Finance, Credit Insurance, Credit Reporting,
Turnaround Management, Insolvency and general talent management (staff
attraction, recruitment and retention).
Ian has been involved in recruitment, debtor risk management, cashflow finance and
trade credit insurance since 1989. Prior to establishing Clarian, he worked for an ASX
listed finance company, ran his own specialist recruitment business for 10 years and
was the General Manager of a group of companies specialising in debtor and risk
management. He’s a Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management
(AICM) and a former AICM NSW Councillor.
